Our begginings
It started well over 10 years ago in our kitchen, where the idea was born to combine our love of chocolate with our passion for creation and innovation. After a while, the number of hours spent training, business meetings and courses grew steadily and our passion gradually turned into a profession. Thanks to our perseverance and our love for chocolate, ZAX was born.Then, in 2019, we decided to open our chocolate workshop and shop on the banks of the Danube in Komárom. Our factory is equipped with the most modern machinery. Thanks to these we can ensure a higher quality of our products, create unique chocolates, chocolate creations and offer our customers new flavours and colours. Every detail of the production process contributes to ensuring that each product is not only a treat for the taste buds, but also a reflection of our passion for chocolate.
Our team
Meet our master chocolatier Zsuzsa and our 10-member "chocolate team" who mostly hand-make and decorate our unique chocolate creations. Our creations, from bonbons and dragees to fine creams and premium chocolate bars, have won numerous international awards for ZAX excellence and originality. Ferenc is responsible for ensuring that these unique, handcrafted products reach you in the best possible quality. As company manager, he is responsible for their safe and timely delivery, in addition to his marketing duties. The result of our teamwork is reflected in each and every one of our products, which are full of dedication, passion and love for chocolate.
Our philosophy
Our principle is to use only the best quality, selected ingredients in our products. We have travelled the world to find premium quality ingredients. Our premium chocolates come from South America, vanilla from Madagascar, hazelnuts from Piedmont and almonds from California and the Mediterranean. We also have several French suppliers. All of these ingredients are vital to achieving a superior, premium quality end product and to giving you a chocolate experience you will never forget.
