When will my order be ready for personal collection?
Our shops always offer fresh chocolates, dark chocolates, dragees and creams. If you choose the personal collection option, you can collect your order at any time during the opening hours of the shop.

When will I receive my order if I have requested home delivery?
Orders are delivered within 1-5 working days of dispatch. Our products are freshly made and heat-sensitive, so we deliver from Tuesday to Friday to the desired addresses to avoid prolonged storage at the shipping company's premises. GLS Courier will inform you of the delivery by SMS and e-mail. If you would like delivery on a specific day, please indicate this request in the comment box.

What payment options do you offer?
In our webshop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash on delivery. 
For cash on delivery, you can pay the courier by cash or in some cases by credit card.

How to store chocolates and pralines?
ZAX chocolates are at their best when they are freshly made, so we recommend that you eat them as soon as possible. If storing, keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Is it possible to order your products abroad?
Yes, currently GLS courier service allows delivery to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, the Netherlands, Estonia, Ireland, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and the Netherlands.
Please note that COD is not available for international deliveries. For orders to Hungary, please select ZAX Hungary from the menu above.

Are your products suitable for vegans and people with dairy and gluten intolerance?
All our products are gluten free and all our dark chocolate products are dairy free.
Our hazelnut and chocolate cream called Zsutella is also dairy and gluten free.
