We've briefly summarized the most crucial payment and shipping details below. If you can't find an answer to a particular question here, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

  • The product will always be invoiced at the price indicated at the time of placing the order. The provided prices are gross consumer prices, inclusive of VAT.
  • While it's not mandatory to register to purchase our products online, doing so offers a more convenient experience for repeat purchases and other current information. You can register by clicking on the "Register" link in the top right corner. We also accept orders placed via phone or email.

Cart Contents

  • The cart's contents will always be displayed once you've added an item. In the cart window, you can track every selected product and the current total amount. You can modify or delete items as per your preference at any time.
  • We confirm every order as soon as possible, and the chocolate production begins within a maximum of three working days. From the time of order, the delivery of chocolates is expected within 1-3 working days. This duration may extend to 3-5 days during the pre-Christmas period.
  • Order Acceptance
  • Upon receipt and acceptance of your order, our system will automatically send you an email. If any issues arise with the ordered products or if further clarification is needed, we will contact you via the provided phone number or email.
  • Overweight Package – packages exceeding 20kg in total weight.

In the ZAX CHOCO online store, you can choose from the following payment methods:

1.) Advance payment to the provided bank account: During the ordering process, we request you to transfer the purchase amount to our specified bank account.
2.) Cash on delivery: You'll need to pay the full order amount to the courier, who will then hand over the ordered package to you.
3.) Credit card payment: Our online store utilizes the secure payment system of the international STRIPE platform.

  • STRIPE is a renowned international service that allows online payments through debit and credit cards. It's free to use, offering a simple, fast, and secure payment experience for its users.
  • For delivery purposes, it's essential to provide a contact number, preferably a mobile one, where you can be reached during the day.

Our system accepts all standard card types.

Delivery Timeframe

From the time of order, the chocolates are expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days. If, for any reason, this isn't achievable, we'll contact you via the provided phone number or email to inform you of the alternatives.

To purchase ZAX chocolate products, you need to register on the site. By clicking on the "Registration" link, you'll be prompted to provide your genuine details in the registration window. The password, which should be a minimum of 6 characters and devoid of special characters, will serve as a confidential identifier for future logins. If you forget your password, we can send it to you via email.
